Coffee for Good operates a coffee shop, open to the public, as a training platform for adults with developmental disabilities. Training is individualized and trainees are paid Connecticut minimum wage plus a meal stipend. Training lasts between 6 to 18 months; upon graduation we help find competitive integrated employment close to where our trainees live. We maintain strong connections with our graduates and employer-partners providing on-going mentoring and advocacy as our graduates' careers evolve and needs change.

Coffee for Good is a break even operation when taking into account coffee shop revenues and generous financial support from our customers, private donors and foundations.  Every penny we receive is poured back into expanding the services that we offer our community of neurodivergent young adults.
